So whenever I speaking to people about motivation coaching and self confidence they tell me that they don’t need an Anthony Robbins speech about getting motivated to do something. I agree! In fact so does Anthony Robbins! You see whatever you are doing you are motivated to do something or other.If you are not exercising, or working, or studying or making money then you must be doing something else. Time is constant for all of us.

So those of you not exercising may be motivated to paint a wall and watch it dry, (5 point for telling me what that condition is called!) and some of you may want to sit on the couch rather than exercise. When it feels better to do one thing rather than the other that’s motivation.

So what is Active Visualizations, Active Imagination and Auto Suggestion Technique ? And does it really exist? Now that’s a good question! Here is a better one, (from Robert Rankin) and therefore worth a good ponder “Why is Cheese?”

Before I launch into a detail explanation of what focused mind power is, (and you are still stuck on the last question and the relevance thereof, aren’t you?), let me tell that hypnosis is a subjective experience and you should experience in any way that you want to.

Here is another question about Focused  mind Power.Can you remember a time when you were really happy? A specific time? What was happening? Who was there? what were the sounds? The sights? What were you feeling? How are you feelings now that think back to how good things are, now? That’s a type of hypnosis! Now that was easy wasn’t it?

No it probably wont surprise you when you hear that people don’t come to me because they are thinking too many happy thoughts! Most people these days seem to have these delusions of inadequacy and fantasies of unhappiness. If that’s what you are doing then you may have just simply forgotten how to think happy thoughts.

Now that you have already had your first experience of focused mind power you are ready for the boring technical definition.
